Internet users aged 6 years and older increased by 2.8 million to 90.91 million. The penetration rate of Internet users also increased 2.3 points to 75.3 percent, according to a recent survey the ministry stated. Using a multiple-response questionnaire, the survey showed the number of users who access the Internet with personal computers was the highest at 82.55 million, while the number of people who access it from cell phones was 75.06 million. Those accessing it via a games console or TV was 5.67 million.
