Forbes.com has just released the top most highest paid celebrities of 2012.

No.1 - $165 million
Oprah Winfrey at 58, is an American media proprietor, talk show host, actress, producer, and philanthropist. Winfrey is best known for her self-titled, multi-award-winning talk show, which has become the highest-rated program of its kind in history. She has been ranked the richest African-American of the 20th century and was for a time the world's only black billionaire. She is also, the most influential woman in the world.

Michael Benjamin Bay at 47, is an American film director and producer. He is known for directing high-budget action films characterized by their fast edits, stylistic visuals and substantial practical special effects. His films, which include The Rock, Armageddon, Pearl Harbor and the Bad Boys and Transformers series, have grossed over three billion dollars world-wide.

Steven Allan Spielberg at 66, is an American film director, screenwriter, producer, video game designer, and studio entrepreneur. Spielberg's early science-fiction and adventure films were seen as archetypes of modern Hollywood blockbuster filmmaking. He is considered one of the most popular and influential filmmakers in the history of cinema. He is also one of the co-founders of DreamWorks movie studio.

Dr. Dre is ranked as the third richest figure in the American hip hop scene by Forbes.

Lucas is one of the American film industry's most financially successful directors/producers.
