CNN travel website CNNGo.com has just released on wednesday, april 18, 2012 its list of the World’s 10 Worst Cities for Driving .
The report by CNNGo.com was based on :
* Residents are aware of traffic jams as their number one long problem
* Followed by air pollution
* Garbage collection
* Flood control
* And the need for security on the road
Topping the List:
According to news sources, the survey where the result was based is not scientific.

RU mad? Monaco is the best place to live albeit the traffic but that's just for the rush hour when all the workers come into the city and not within the city.
